Delivery

Thank you for shopping with Home by Hannah Clemson, we're excited for you to receive your order. After you have placed your order, we will email to let you know it has been received. Once your item is shipped, we'll email again to notify you it is on the way.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, within 3 working days.

Shipping Rates will be calculated and shown at checkout, these will depend on destination and size/weight of parcel. We are a small independent business and try hard to price our products fairly, we do not inflate the price of our products to cover free shipping.

Please note: It is the customers responsibility to check all details provided are correct. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs due to incorrect details such as wrong address.

Returns

We hope you love your order as much as we do, but if you would like to return the item you have 30 days from the delivery date & 14 days to receive a full refund or exchange. Please email hello@homebyhannahclemson.co.uk with your name and order number.

Please note delivery costs are non-refundable. All items are under responsibility of the customer until they are received at Home by Hannah Clemson. Parcels are returned at your own cost, therefore we recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.

Home by Hannah Clemson will provide a full refund within 14 days, subject to the product being in the same condition, unworn, unused, with tags and the same packaging as it was delivered to you. Please be aware it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return contact us at hello@homebyhannahclemson.co.uk.

If a refund is accepted, we will notify you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order once received and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Please provide us with you name, order number, date of delivery and photographic evidence of fault.

Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or bespoke orders.
